The Company and People
The company is run on a flat-structure basis with a hands-on management style. HE Sheikh Sultan, who is actively involved with most of the companies within the Gulf Holdings portfolio, opens up his business network and applies his knowledge and experience to assist in the setting up and expansion of each business.
HE Sheikh Sultan is passionate about business and has spent his life continually researching, learning and applying the latest business thinking, such as change management, financial engineering & re-engineering, strategic planning and investment management principles, to his own company.
Gulf Holdings has 15 people in the core team, responsible for the drive and momentum of the company, based at its offices in Sharjah and Dubai, and in excess of 20,000 throughout all its 50 companies.
Gulf Holdings has an in-house business development team and employs external event and marketing communications consultancies to ensure Gulf Holdings is setting a business benchmark for UAE companies.
